Project Management + Process
This section illustrates my project management process from start to finish.
A proposal communicates project specifications, finishes, deadlines, payments, and overall expectations to ensure that clients, designers, suppliers, and fabricators are in agreement (Fig. 1)
An initial design is included in the proposal (Fig 1.B)
Once the client has approved of the design, construction drawings are created for any subcontract work and fabricators in shop (Fig 2-8)
A dry fit ensures all individual elements fit together properly before the entire piece is brought on site (Fig 9)
Site visit to check for access and potential obstacles
Final install (Fig 10)
